This is a fast and easy to make a super cheese dip.
REQUIREMENTS: 1 4-quart skillet

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground sausage
1 small onion (Chopped)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 small can Chopped Chilies
1/4 lb. white cheese
1 can Rotell (Chopped) tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook sausage and onion together, drain.
2. Mix in cheeses into the pan.
3. Mix in Soup & Chilies.

Serve warm or cold.

This is a fast and easy to make layered (not mixed) cake.

REQUIREMENTS: 1 cake pan (2" x 9" x 12")
1 preheated oven at 350 degrees
55 minutes baking time

INGREDIENTS: 2 cans (20 oz) cherry pie filling
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
1 box (18 oz) yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 cup pecans (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Spread cherries into the pan.
2. Layer DRAINED pineapple over the cherries.
3. Spread cake mix evenly over the pineapple.
4. Place thin slices of butter over the cake.
5. Sprinkle pecans over the top.
